The Subconscious Part 3 & SC
Think Differently. Teach Naturally. Perform Consistently.
Service Description
Passing your Part 3 or succeeding at your Standards Check isn't just about knowing what to do. It's about understanding what happens when you're being watched. Many instructors perform differently under assessment. Lessons become more structured, conversations become less natural, and coaching can quickly become directing. Not because they lack the ability—but because pressure changes behaviour. The Subconscious: Part 3 & Standards Check is a live, interactive Zoom workshop designed to help you understand why this happens and, more importantly, how to prevent it. This isn't a presentation of the workbook. It isn't a webinar full of PowerPoint slides. And it certainly isn't another checklist of competencies. Instead, we'll explore the subconscious processes that influence decision-making, communication, confidence and performance under pressure. By understanding what's happening beneath the surface, you'll begin to teach more naturally, coach more effectively and demonstrate the competencies without forcing them. Whether you're preparing for your ADI Part 3, your Standards Check, or simply want to become a more confident and consistent instructor, this workshop will challenge the way you think about assessment. During the workshop you'll explore: Why pressure changes the way we teach. The hidden habits that appear under assessment. How subconscious patterns influence performance. Why simply "trying harder" rarely works. How awareness creates lasting change. Practical strategies to remain calm, authentic and effective throughout an assessment. Who is it for? Trainee Driving Instructors preparing for Part 3. Approved Driving Instructors preparing for a Standards Check. ADIs who want to develop a deeper understanding of coaching, behaviour and performance. Instructors who want to teach naturally rather than perform for an examiner. What makes this workshop different? Unlike traditional Part 3 or Standards Check training, this workshop focuses on the instructor before the assessment. Because when you change the way you think, you change the way you teach. And when you teach naturally, the competencies have the opportunity to emerge naturally too. Live Online Workshop Duration: 2 hours Format: Live Zoom session (interactive, no role play or breakout rooms) Maximum attendees: 10 instructors The assessment doesn't change who you are. It change what you pay attention to. Learn to change that, and everything else starts to follow.
