The 8 Sessions

1. The Fault Isn’t the Problem

This session helps you see what’s actually driving it — so you stop fixing the same thing over and over.

2. From Telling to Thinking

Say less. Get more.

The more you tell, the less they think.

This session shifts your focus from giving answers to creating thinking — so your learners start working things out for themselves.

3. Timing Your Questions

Ask at the right time. Get better answers.

It’s not just what you ask — it’s when.

This session helps you recognise the moments that matter, so your questions actually land.

4. Managing Pressure (In the Car)

Lower pressure. Improve performance.

When pressure goes up, thinking shuts down.

This session focuses on how to reduce pressure so your learner can actually perform.

5. Why They Keep Repeating the Same Fault

Change the approach. See progress.

If it keeps happening, something isn’t changing.

This session looks at why faults repeat — and what needs to shift for progress to stick.

6. Building Awareness (Not Just Ability)

They can do it. They just don’t always see it.

It’s not always about skill — it’s about what they notice.

This session helps you develop awareness so performance becomes more consistent.

7. Keeping Learners Engaged

More focus. More participation. Faster progress.

If they switch off, progress slows down.

This session focuses on keeping learners mentally involved in the lesson.
